No card-on-file. No surprise auto-renewal. Pay by UPI, NEFT, or in person at Heartmate Institute, then share the reference number on the next screen.
GPay · PhonePe · Paytm · BHIM. Note your transaction reference; you'll paste it on the next screen.
For Phase 1, we keep payments offline (UPI, NEFT, cash) so we don't store any card data and you don't get charged on a recurring schedule. A gateway with auto-renewal is on the Phase 2 roadmap.
Usually within a working day, often within hours. You'll receive a WhatsApp the moment your subscription goes active. If something looks wrong with your payment, we'll WhatsApp the rejection reason and you can resubmit.
Yes. Pay the difference and share the reference — your consultation count and term start fresh under the new plan.
Consultations under the 6-Month and 1-Year plans are valid for the full term and don't roll over once the plan expires. The Emergency plan is a single consultation with no expiry pressure.
Tests are billed at actual lab cost — the discount (10% on the 6-Month plan, 20% on the 1-Year plan) applies only to cardiac, non-pathological tests, and is adjusted at the time of billing.
Subscriptions are non-refundable, since the helpline keeps a cardiologist's team on call regardless of usage.
