Chest Pain Helpline is an innovative mobile application-based emergency cardiac care service developed to reduce treatment delays in patients experiencing symptoms of a heart attack — built to enable early recognition, prompt diagnosis, and timely medical intervention, with one goal: saving lives during the critical "golden hour" of a cardiac emergency.
- Launched by Heartmate on 29 September 2018 (World Heart Day), providing free-of-cost guidance and support to more than 10,000 people across the world.
- Connects patients directly with experienced cardiologists and physicians, ensuring rapid clinical assessment and appropriate recommendations during emergencies.
- Built by the IT team at Heartmate Digital; medical care led by Dr. Rushee Kanta Mohanta, MBBS, MD (Medicine), DM (Cardiology), Founder of Heartmate and an Interventional Cardiologist.
